Our goal for the 2013 summer tours -
- Our focused of the tours was on our current customer training program, the importance of interdepartmental relationships to function as a city and the importance of good communication with the public and staff.
- The tours were designed to help new staff develop skills and techniques directly applicable to their careers here at the city or in their (intern staff) futures jobs.
- Staff members gave a full and overall view of projects and the true meaning of public service to the community.
